Michael believes in life-long learning and enjoys spending his free time attending study groups, completing courses, and learning new methods and techniques to help people optimize movement and resolve pain and injury. As a Manual Osteopath and NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) practitioner, a typical session with Michael includes movement assessments, muscle tests, joint mobilization, stretching and muscle energy techniques, muscle activations, soft tissue release, as well as a variety of other osteopathic techniques.
Monica is a skilled RMT dedicated to managing pain and discomfort with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapeutic massage.
